- Concierge Service: Clients will be paid a visit by our Concierge Representative day after arrival to help them plan activities and fine-tune their stay as well as make arrangements for any other services i.e massage in villa, catering etc.
- Complex Manager - Will be on site in flexi-time 6 times weekly to supervise operations as well as make themselves available to guests on checkin, checkout and to solve and attend to any items guests may encounter during their stay. The complex manager will assist with guest relations on a daily basis.
